Lee is 100% gay. He's only ever kissed a girl, and only a friend in high school (just to "make sure" he was gay). He was diagnosed with melanoma at age 24, and (before he met Eric Preston) was resigned to having loads of sex with strangers during his last few months on the mortal coil. So he'd literally be up for sex with any interested male, but specifically:
Nick Gautier – They're both from New Orleans (and have that in common) and Lee thinks Nick is tragically attractive. Like white on rice is what I'm saying.
Jack Harkness – Because Lee has eyes, and Jack seems just about ready to go as Lee is.
Sebastian Vael – He has a rugged handsomeness about him that would definitely appeal to Lee.
Leonard Snart – Leonard looks like the kind of guy who could go for a good tumble, and Lee is in the market for new, exciting experiences.
